If cookies are made of butter and love, macaroons must be made of sugar and happiness.
Bombay has been biting into these light and fluffy bits of sugary goodness for two years, and we wish for many more to come! Le 15 Pâtisserie has been rated (by eaters) among the best in the world for its delicious macaroons, and has celebrities and regular folk alike swooning all over their confections.
Named after the 15th or Le 15ème arrondissement in Paris, where the founder, Pooja Dhingra stayed while at school at Le Cordon Bleu, this patisserie brings the joys of Parisian dessert to Bombay. We’ve eaten at Le 15 a few times, and each time, come away thinking, how do they do it?! And in fact, rather than keep it a well guarded secret, Le 15 shares many of their recipes online and conducts cooking classes as well.
Le 15 currently has two locations at Phoenix Mills and at the Good Earth store in Raghuvanshi Mills and is open all days, 11 am – 9:30 pm. If you haven’t stopped by to take in the deliciousness, do it now!
